About 3 weeks ago I had to replace the radiator due to a leak. I purchased a denso 221-3208 an exact match as the one that came with the car.
The car is overheating due to the fact that it appears air is getting into the system somehow. I read the below posting and just about all details match.

      Fan/ fan switch ok
      thermostat ok
      sensors all appear ok
Today I did a block test with the tester and blue fluid. 3 tests total, first one fluid turned green, next 2 fluid did not change at all.
I think the coolant level may have been too high on the first test.
Today was the 3rd time I bled the system as per Eric’s video and plenty of air in the system.
Oil does not appear milky, exhaust looks good no check engine lights.
That leaves the water pump, can air be entering the system with a water pump that’s not functioning properly. The timing belt and water pump were changed at 114K.
Any other ideas that may be helpful
      Please assist.

When you did the radiator is there a chance a plug/ cover got left on while the hoses
got put back? Did the radiator cap get replaced?

No plugs were left on the cap came with the new radiator. I’m calling Denso tomorrow to ask for a new cap, i just cant figure out what wrong. Very frustrating.
One smytom I forgot to mention was on a few occains the overflow container was full of coolant.Somehow it was not getting back into the radiator.
          Thanks again

If you wanted to you could pick up a stant cap of the correct psi rating to see if things improve.
