      I have a 1997 Honda Accord LX 2.2L 4 cyl SOHC F22B2 with 160k miles

So i recently blew a head gasket, so i am getting it replaced, while my cylinder head is out, i wanted to take the time to replace the lower seals because they are bad, only problem is, my rocker arm assembly will not come off, i took out all the bolts, but it will not come off. Any ideas?

It might make it more difficult with the head off the car because the head will wiggle around a bit with you fiddling with it. I use two #2 phillips head screwdrivers in two of the 12mm head bolt holes and wigggle them back and forth. This will usually unseat them from the dowel pins. You took out all the 10mm head bolts right?

Watch this video and make sure you got all the bolts out, then try the screwdrivers. Good luck!
