Can Honda crv rims and Toyota Rav4 FIT together

I have a honda crv 2010 rims 114.3 and Toyota Rav4 rims 114.3
The center bore of the honda is 64.1mm and toyota is 60.1 I have tried putting this on but the lug nuts
takes times to tighten. Everytime I tighten one lug nut the other one is loosen. Is there any other option?

So you are putting CRV rims on your RAV4? or putting RAV4 rims on a CRV?

It sort of sounds like you are putting rims with a smaller bore hole on a larger bore hub.

Have you got pictures of the lug nuts? Not all of them are the same.

I’ve checked the stock rim specs for both 2010 models. The rims have different offsets, so they really aren’t compatible. Besides, the correct center bore is important to proper wheel installation.
