Hello, I’m kind of stuck in a pickle my transmission went out and I made the repairs to fix it but I wanted to use a rebuild kit on it while I had it out I wont be able to I’ll explain later on. My question is can a car support its weight with out cv axles because my city I live in are kind of dicks when it comes to repairs as in I cant disassemble a vehical in my driveway for more than 14 days. My graudge is not that big to be in front of the car if it’s all the way in. So I was thinking if I need to pull the transmission again I would pull 1/2 in my graudge and reassemble the suspension and push it all the way in.
