sounds like many things but does kinda sound like a motor mount or slop in the CV axle or tranny. try parking the car in the lowest gear open the hood and just rock the car fowards and back to see if you can make the noise.

While driving, if I tap on the gas pedal, I can make it make that sound. I would even say its may have something to do with the engine. How long do the engine mounts last?

I’m with the engine mount theory, check to see if the fasteners are tight and also for any cracks in the mounts themselves.
