Problems with fuel pump relays melting & eventually melting the fuse box. Shuts your car off like turning off the key. Hey, maybe that’s why GM used those ignition switches so you won’t burn up the relay? Lot of complaints in car forums. GM fix is to replace fuse box. Great if the car is still under warranty and will probably happen again because the new fuse box is the same as the old fuse box. Problem I think is small gauge wiring & small connectors to handle 10-11 amp fuel pump current draw. All to save a couple of cents per car. But that was the “old” GM. The “new” GM is way better…Right???
