ok my question is: i had bought my car at 50k miles and shortly after i had noticed that as i brake the car likes to jerk forward so i had the dealer turn them down for me (warped in the front). now im at about 73k miles and im noticing the same thing happening again. just the other day my car was screeching bad but went away, and i can hear some slight grindage as i brake, should i just be looking into replacing all 4 rotors and pads.

      its on a 2012 kia rio5 1.6l

You may have sticking brake components causing the problem. I’d start with a good visual inspection and brake service.

During that process look for any abnormalities in the system. More information on solving brake problems here.

Good call on replacing those pads, they looked gnarly. How’s the new pads and rotors working out?

i went with raybestos brand and i have to say they are way better than the factory junk i had to slam on my old brakes to stop and these new ones stop so much nicer.
