Hey guys,
Had a question about the brakes on my 2009 Scion xB. I had them tested and the front brake pads are at 2mm, which I know needs to be replaced….my question has to do with the rotors. The shop said “they might as well get replaced”…that usually tells me that I dont need to do those right now.
Here are the numbers her gave me on the front rotors:
Left side: .0.921
Right side: 0.919From what I can find on the internets is that measurements should be no less then .984….
I don’t know jack crap about breaks so I was just looking for advise if they need to be replaced based on those numbers or if they were trying to get one over on me….which I kinda feel like they are.
Thank you guys!
Danny
