So I finally figured out what was wrong with my ol’ k2500 brakes…very rusty line under the hood misting out! Just having switched jobs and waiting on disability need to do this on the cheap. I’ve heard several mechanics down compression fittings but see it probably being my cheapest way out as I do not have a flaring kit. Also is there a certain tolorance I need to keep within on fitting the line as far as leghth, turns, etc. go? Also is it best to bleed whole system or just one repaired brake lines?

      Thanks,

      Trent

Got the line removed. Hate to say it but don’t wonna mess with it gonna buy the parts and pay a guy with the right tools to fabricate a new one then just reinstall and bleed the system myself.. Looks like I maybe replacing the rest very soon.
