brake : clicking when pressed lightly + opinions

so my brakes click when i brake lightly usually when I’m at a low cruising speed and i’m breaking(20 to 0 mph).

what do you guys think it is?

sorry for the late reply , its a 2001 nissan sentra . last time the brakes were serviced was about 1 and half year to 2 years ago.

also just to get an opinion , my ball joint and stabilizer bar link on both sides will need to be need to be replaced , should i just replace the whole control arm or just the joints and bar links?

the costly route is replacing the whole control arm on both sides, which im trying to avoid, but if you guys thinks i should then i shall .
