      both the back wheels are not rotating; kept the veh unattended for 10days in a slope by appllying hand brake….. What should i do now…. my veh is hyundai i10…

        Sounds like your parking brake did not release. You can try and work the
        parking brake back and fourth to try and free the brakes or remove the
        rear wheels and spray the cables with penetrating oil and try and free the
        brakes that way.

          First off..
          If the car is still park on a slope.
          Chuck the front wheels to prevent it from rolling

          If the emergency brake cable is frozen
          Try to spray it with some type of lubricant and see if it releases.

          Sounds like perhaps the brakes are locked up from being engaged on a incline.
          You may need to jack up the rear wheels of the car off the ground and tap the brakes with a hammer to free them.
          AGAIN, I caution you to securely chuck the front wheels to prevent it from rolling
