Looking for some solid education books in the topics of diagnosis.
I’m a shade tree mechanic on the side and have done well. Rebuilt motors, transmissions, etc. But I’ve always learned as I went. So if a new problem comes up, I struggle diagnosing it since I’ve never experienced it before, even if it’s easy.
Just looking for a good book that will explain different ways to diagnose various problems, different methods to check those problems, how to read an OBD2 so you get all of the use out of it (fuel trims, o2 readings, etc).
I wouldn’t mind a book on engine building either. Thanks guys.
