Hello everyone! So I’m dealing with two problems on my accord, any help will be appreciated.

      1.) Roof cutout piece – https://www.mediafire.com/folder/qwyz95ks9edlv/roof
2.) Dent near the fuel door – https://www.mediafire.com/folder/g4xcbxvi5bb6q/dent

1a.) Only thing that I have done with the roof cutout piece is spray two layers of rubberized undercoating on top of it. Today ( when I took the pictures) I put some QuikSteel epoxy steel. I will see if this piece will harden into place. If so, I’m planning to just use this material for the whole area unless someone suggest another idea.

2b.) I have no idea how to even begin to straighten this out. If anyone has any pointers or tips that would be great.

That fender is allot of work no matter how you go about it.

If it were mine i would cut it out and weld in a patch panel.

Pulling that out will take many hours to get it even slightly back into shape.

Chisel all of it out and use body filler you will get better results.

In all honesty, rusted/damaged roof panels and windshield pillars are signs of serious structural weakness. What you need are the services of a professional metal fabricator who will replace the sketchy areas with properly formed metal of the proper gauge. It’s a safety issue, not a cosmetic issue.
