Blower motor work on all speeds except high

The blower speeds work on all but high speed.
The vehicle is a 05 Dodge Grand Caravan. I replaced the resistor a few months back
when it had the typical problem of working on high only.
But now it is the opposite. Could there be a problem with a relay? Or could the
resistor be faulty again?

Try disconnecting the connector, then using a digital multi-meter (DMM) test for continuity between all of the pins, this will let you know if its the resistor or not.

It might be the switch. Check to see if you have power and ground to the motor when you select the ‘hi’ setting. If not then you might check the operation of the switch itself to see if it has continuity when you put it on the ‘hi’ setting. Keep us posted.

As eric said check for voltage to the motor when in the high setting. Sometimes for the “HIGH” setting there is a separate relay since the motor will be getting full battery power instead of sharing voltage with the resistor. If you do have power to the motor, with the connector still connected then check for voltage on the ground side of the terminal, this would indicate an open farther down the line. Keep us posted
