I have reason to believe the resistor on my vehicle is failing. For a while now the low speed has had very little air coming from the vents. Yesterday after work nothing was coming out, and medium one speed seems to be underperforming now. The motor turns on for all speeds to increases as it should still.

I checked the resistance and got two to three ohms on my low-speed pin. I just can’t find a spec for the resistor to know what it should be. The resistor currently is a Standard motor products RU491

Commonly when blower motor resistors fail, the blower will only operate at the highest setting.
Slower speeds do not work at all.
Considering what you describe, I would be looking more at the blower motor itself or perhaps debris possibly restricting its operation.

In most cases a failed resistor is caused by a failing blower motor.
