Blower Motor Help – 2015 Transit 250

My blower motor runs normal for about 10 seconds when I first start my van, it then slowly dies. It does seem to come on intermittently while driving, runs for about 10 seconds, and then slowly stops again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could be the motor or more likely the resistor.
