Blinker Issues 98 Toyota Camry

So my marker light on my car was out and I replaced it. The same light doubles as a front turn signal light as well.

Now that when I leave for the work in the morning the light is on but my blinker flashes fast and does not blink.

But usually when I am going home from work it seems to work fine and does not blink fast anymore.

Could the cold weather cause the light not to work probably in the morning.
I leave at 3 in the morning so it is quite chilly out.

Sounds like a bad bulb to me. You can check it by ohming it out if you get an OL it is bad. If that is ok then check the flasher relay it maybe going bad/sticking because of the temp.
