Fuel is leaking from the carb. How do I fix it?. Especially the one from the mixture screw.

Take it apart, replace gaskets, clean mixture screw and hole

There’s probably a speck of dirt stuck in the float valve, holding it open. Solution is to shut off the gas valve, unscrew the screw holding on the float bowl, carefully dispose of the gas in the bowl, mutter at the crud in the bottom of the bowl, remove the hinge pin holding the float, remove the float and the needle valve, inspect it for crud, reassemble the valve and float, turn on the gas again and verify that when you push up gently on the float, the gas flow stops.

I should use a carb cleaner to clean it right?

You should use carb cleaner on anything that looks dirty or varnished up.

However some of your more aggressive carb cleaners can affect some plastic or rubbery parts. Use it, but try to keep it off any soft rubbery parts, and dry the stuff off with an air blast if possible.
