I just finished installing new timing belts, tensioners, oil seals, water pump, upper/lower radiator hoses, accessory belts, and did a valve adjustment on my 1997 Honda Accord. I bought Eric’s timing belt change video from this site, and let me say, it was worth every penny! Eric’s video was thorough, easy to understand, and with the help of the factory service manual, I finished all this without any real issues.
The one issue I had…a broken oil dipstick bolt! I sheered the head right off ๐ Is it worth the hassle of trying to get it out with an easy out or don’t worry about it? I don’t think it’s going anywhere, as the dipstick tube fits snugly with the block and dipstick o-ring.
