best bang for the buck DIY OBD2 scanner

I have an Innova 3100f scanner which seems to do the basics well. I am considering upgrading. Any thoughts on the best value scanner and should it be one with graphing? I am not a trained technician, but serious and fairly experienced DIYer.

Dont know much about the OBD2 scanners myself but have heard good things about the BlueDriver. Eric the car guy did a video review on it and so did Chrisfix.

For cheap OBD2 scanner, Got a cell phone, get the “Torque” app

and a OBD2 to bluetooth adaptor.

It works well enough. I use it with my MacBook pro and the free version of a piece of software called “Movi”.
