Please help! Im trying to replace a serpentine belt tensioner on a 2006 scion tc. I know the engine has to be jacked up to get one of the bolts out since it is right up against the frame. The problem im running into is there is a transmission line (I assume) that is right above the engine mount and I can’t lift the engine enough to get the bolt out. Has anyone run into this problem? What do I do? Im beginning to understand why shops charge so much for labor.
