Recently while my vehicle is stopped there is a lot of vibration coming back through the brake pedal. This is when the vehicle is stopped, idling in drive, not in park. It will get bad and start making what one may describe as a flubbering sound. I have been just taking my foot off the brake pedal or putting the vehicle in park to stop this.

Sounds like either a crank balancer issue or motor mounts.

Does it also vibrate if you have it idling in park (or neutral) with the brake pedal depressed?

            What do the RPMs do?

Have a friend (that you trust not to run you over) sit on the brake while you inspect. Is the engine shaking? Is there noise? Where?

            IMPORTANT:
While doing this, set the parking brake AND chock the wheels!

This has me curious as to may be some issue with either the power brake booster or vacuum line leaking.
Assuming the issue stops if you take your foot off the brake at idle.

Chocking the wheels, setting the parking brake firmly, leaving it in drive, and taking the foot off the brake would be a good way to narrow this down.
