      My suggestion is have the battery load tested at an auto part store._x000D_
      see what there test shows.

        If you have enough evidence that the alternator is failing, i would replace it before you are left stranded somewhere.

          I agree with Dreamer2355, I would act on this now before you are stranded at an inconvenient time and location. You now have conclusive evidence of at least a faulty voltage regulator. You did what you could in terms of looking for bad connections. It is

                Based on your description to me it sounds like a voltage regulation issue which is internal to the alternator.
