So I got a nice little side job going putting a front bumper cover on a 09′ chrysler sebring convertible 2 door with fog lights. I did a lot of research and calling around and finally found a brand new bumper at a low price in a bad neighborhood salvage yard in inner-city Detroit.
Q: should I prime this bumper or is it ready to paint?

I turn wrenches; I’m not a painter. But… this is a favor for a friend of a friend. Of course, I am open to any tips, tricks or suggestions.
