At a loss with what to do

I have been working on my mothers 2002 Toyota celica gt started out as a P0300 code now it runs for a while and dies and wont start again

Have changed
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
fuel pump relay
plugs
maf sensor

Now Im at a loss as to where to go …

If this is a 1.8L the next check should be a cylinder compression check…

pulled a code P1315 today …..going to try a new ECU ….

Or you could just check the #4 coil and wiring… But you obviously know what is best.

OK, so this sounds like you are getting way ahead of troubleshooting the problem ad just changing parts.

Before we go any farther I am hoping you can answer some questions for me.

Why did you change any of the parts you have already changed? Why did you change the fuel pump or fuel pump relay? I am hoping you did some trsts that led you in that direction. If you did those results will help us, if not, well, you were kinda wasting money…

As for where you are now why are you looking ot replace the ECM? You have a code for a problem with the #4 coil; have you checked it or it’s wiring? Why jump to the ECM?
