I have a set from gear wrench as well. I beat the shit out of them, I put pipes on them and do the double wrench trick all the time. These things are tough. Well worth the money.

I picked up a set of STD and METRIC at Harbor Freight Lifetime Warranty set of 5 for $18. each set

I love these wrenchs. I have alot of these sets made by Gear Wrench and are worth every penny.

Sear’s sometimes will have sales on these sets which may be cheaper than buying from the Matco tool vendor if he/she services your shop.

Work on vw a lot and these tools are the best. I totally agree with everyone in buying them. They have their place of course. Huge time saver for sure. Make sure they carry lifetime warranty like craftsman. You won’t regret it.

The Craftsman set is made by Gear Wrench which is KD Tools, this is pro grade stuff. I’ve worked the same set professionally for over 10 yrs now and love them. Advance will honor the warranty but unless you know someone there save your receipt. At Sears no receipt is neccassary.
