Are all bolts made equal? Using same specs but DIFFERENT brand/manf.

I used a dealership database for individual parts lookup and found what I’m looking for except it is not sold in the USA. I thought that was pretty strange, but placed an order anyways for the correct p/n from a shop in Canada. For future reference, can I purchase another flange bolt 12×50 (or any other same spec bolt) made by another manf/brand?

Nuts and bolts are nuts and bolts.
As long as you can match the thread, size and configuration.. the only item you really need to be concerned with is grade.
