        There’s not much power there to begin with but it seems like you should have more than that.

          I have a 93 civic D15B7 1.5L engine with a new computer, clean idle valve, new spark plug Honda cables, NGK plugs, everything runs smooth, I don’t get much power loss. I do get about 31 miles per gallon if I use the a/c all the time compared to 36-38 mile
