In both stationary and moving state (P, N, D) this sound is coming from right front side of the car (Passenger side) which opposite side of air intake. Yesterday I have also realized that even I am not on the throttle pedal but rpm idle is still close to 2000 rpm while decelerating, the sound still persist around 1800, 2000.

I could not find a specific behaviour of this issue except the information above and the video. I could not shoot a video of the engine because hood struts is not working (lazy excuse) and nothing visual to show related to issue.

It feels like it is getting worse in time. Please advise

Lol weird. You might need to find some help and have them hold the throttle at 2k while you listen around the engine bay. You can hold the hood open with a broom stick or a pole of some sort.

There is a vacuum leak somewhere. The air rushing noise is just that, air rushing into the engine from a place where it shouldn’t. The RPM is high because the engine is getting more air than it should (which is equivalent to stepping on the gas).

Check for vacuum leaks. Since you can hear the noise while in the drivers seat, it should be easy to find it with your ears. If it isn’t obvious, use carb cleaner. Eric made a video on how to do this.

thank you for the reply,I would like to mention that RPM is not high itself which is around 800-900 with no throttle and it also response normal with throttle, my point is car makes that noise when the RPM is high. While I was driving I just did manual downshift my foot is not on the gas pedal and result is the same like in the video still makes the same noise.

I also feel like (not sure just a feeling) car is not full performance, I am giving gas but no proper acceleration.

If you still think this is vacuum leak, I will check the vacuum leak as you suggested and post my result in here in next couple of days.

            Thanks
