p0170 and p0171 usually means bad or dirty MAF sensor, i remember one of those are fuel too lean code, best way is to smoke out the leak area, check the boot around the intake, vacuum lines, etc.

I don’t think this car has a MAF, but it does have IAC and MAP, right?

With evap codes it’s almost impossible to diagnose without a smoke machine and a testing procedure for the solenoids. Sometimes it’s one of the solenoids, and other times it’s a leaking component. A comprehensive testing procedure and the right tools are the best way to go. Testing procedures are found in the factory service manual. Evap diagnosis is often beyond the reach of the DIY and I often recommend taking it in to be diagnosed, but doing the repairs yourself if you’re looking to save money.
