Acura/Honda/Nissan ect Parts pricing

[guess it begins with R and ends with n]

Has a question about the pricing for parts for these cars after warranty is up.
I’m seeing MSRP on these at Nissan or Acura or whatever make you drive.
If I went to the local sales center to purchase the part why do sales centers have a different list price?
I’m seeing free shipping on orders over a certain amount all over the web on parts everywhere.
I’ve ordered parts and have been charged shipping by a sales center on even parts totaling over $800.

But just calling over they tend to straight up lie about the list price on these.
Or is there an added fee they ad on the order on top of sales tax?
