How do i change the radiator fan motor in a 2011 acura rl?

As far as I can tell, the entire assembly gets replaced; motor, blades, and maybe the shroud as well.

do you mean take it out or do you mean when its out how to disassable it…
to remove them uselly there is like 4 bolts holding in the 2 fans remove them both and disconnect the electrical connectors and should lift right up then goto an autopart store and see if you can buy just the motor or you have to by the hole assably….. no point of taking off the motor itself off the fan blades if you cant buy it with out the fan blades

looks like 1 connector and 4 bolts to remove the assamblly
