This cars Ac system blows cold and then suddenly the Windows are fogging up. Compresser is spining it blows cold so I know it’s got some kind of charge. What else could it be moisture inside the condenser or on it, or inside the car it self.

Are they fogging on the inside or outside? On the inside, it is because there is excessive moisture. Normally, the A/C removes humidity. If the condensate drain is clogged, the water collected in the evaporator will not drain out and will be returned to the car in a very fine mist due to the spinning of the blower fan and will condense back into water droplets on the cool surface of the glass. Check your evaporator drain to make sure it is clear. Sometimes running a length of weed trimmer line up the drain line (like as ina a plumbing snake) can clear the clogs.

The drain tube runs from the evaporator (on the right side of the cabin behind the glove box) to the firewall, where a rubber hose attaches to allow the water to drain outside the cabin and onto the ground. You can find this drain hose starting by looking under the car near the firewall and passenger front tire for the rubber hose hanging down near the firewall. It looks like a disconnected hose, since it is just open and hanging down on the outlet end. Run the piece of trimmer line (or something similar) through the drain hose into the evaporator unit. You should only need a 2-3 foot piece of trimmer line for this.

Another cause of fogging could be a small leak in the heater core. This usually causes the fog to have a sweet chemical smell and/or oily feel though, provided the engine coolant is not just plain water and contains antifreeze.
