AC compressor Clutch not engaging

Hello

My 2005 civic was making worn out bearing noise. Realized it was the AC compressor bearing and on my way to get the new pully+bearing the bearing completely failed and started smoking. upon opening it up i saw the Stator ( Magnetic coil ) was burned as well. I changed both Pully+bearing and stator but my clutch does not engage anymore. I checked all fuses and relays all are fine. Any idea what might be causing the issue ?

Check that the clearance is correct on the clutch.
