My Honda CRV 97 AC comes ON(Compressor + Condenser fan) when car is started and stays ON even after pressing AC button till the car is switched off .Problem started after a re-charging AC.
      Test Done
1)Test for voltage on the AC pressure switch wire=4.7v
      2)Test for continuity=0.00

      Any suggestions?

        start with the simple:
Is the switch shorted closed causing the AC to always be on no matter where the switch position is.

Guide on how to do that?

You’ll need to gain access to the back of the switch.

I assume your console looks like this:
You’ll need to remove the console face.

From there this will give you the basics

If you see 0 ohms with the switch in both the on and off positions, it will need to be replaced

managed to get to back of the Heater Control Panel
              Test
              1)Removed 20p connector=Condenser + Radiator fans +Compressor stopped
              2)Measure voltage of no.10 terminal(Blu/Wht) of 20p connector=4.7v
2)Re-connected the terminal connector=Condenser + Radiator fans +Compressor came on again

              Question
What could be stuck ‘open’ in the heater control?

Did you test the switch itself?

Can not say what the voltages should be at the connector you tested.
If the switch itself is operating correctly:

You’ll need to trace down the control circuit.
                These may help

AC is getting a signal to be on all the time.
You need to find from where.

                  Ok will try.
                  That explains this;
The compressor kicks in few seconds after ignition and does not respond to the AC switch. Also the radiator and condenser fans start as soon as key is turned to ignition II position.

The radiator fan is triggered by a temp sensor.
How it is wired, or if it is wired in conjunction with the AC fan I can not say.
But being both are spinning at a cold startup, That would either indicate that they are wired in conjunction or some how shorted together.

                      Findings
                      1) When the key is ON (||)
                      these are the multimeter readings

                        Solved:
Replaced Climate Control Panel.all working ok

NB:Should ac fan and radiator fan both turn on during engine cooling while AC is off?
Currently both are running during engine cooling
