Make sure the reluctor wheel is not covered in rust as well as checking the abs sensor with a DVOM as you spin the wheel. April 18, 2012 at 11:00 am #442975 EricTheCarGuyKeymaster I would first make sure you’re installing the correct sensor and that you have the problem diagnosed correctly, I’m not familiar with a code 21 for Honda ABS of that vintage so I’m not sure how much help I can be.
