I have had lots of problems with brakes on my 2007 Sentra. Just seems to wear shoes and rotors quickly. Just wondering if i can change out the ABS control module without reprogramming it. It intermittently activates even at slower speeds. I have put in new drums rotors sensors only thing left is abs unit.

do you have any ABS codes?
Intermittent low speed ABS activation is usually related to the amplitude on the signal from the wheel speed sensor. Could be a bad sensor, tone ring or wiring issue.
You could pull the ABS fuse to disable the unit just to see if it goes away, but ABS is a important safety feature and should not be permanently disabled.
