abs light/ trac off

      i have a 2003 chevy impala with a 3.8l it is an ls, i have a abs light on and trac off light. my codes are C1235, C1224, C1228, C1238, C1276, C1298, U1016, U1000 can some one help me with this problem and codes?

          When you work on a problem such as this.Start with the first stored
          code. The other codes may just be being set at random. a good Starting
          point is the first link.

            how can i check the right read speed sensor to see if it is bad or not?

              The sensor is either just a little coil of wire, or a fancier silicon Hall effect sensor. If it’s a coil of wire it will have most likely failed and is now an open circuit. Follow the cables from the rear wheels to where they plug into some main trunk cable. Use an ohmmeter to measure the left sensor, it will measure a few hundred ohms. Remember this number. Now measure the right one. Or try to, most likely your meter will just blink the 1 digit, or however it indicates infinity or an open circuit. So it was a waste of time to memorize 948 ohms, as the right sensor is completely open and shot.

              Also note that the sensor can be okay and the problem can be in the connectors or the wiring harness.

                    i checked my wire that connects into the sensor it tested good so im going to replace the sensor and get back on here to tell you guys updates

                      it was the abs sensor that was the problem
