Hi I have here 1984 mitsubishi 4G62 I believe is engine number.
I have this head that was removed from engine to sell separate
Head is not warp was never in for blown head gasket at least that’s what I was told.
Looks like corrosion eat throw alloy my question is besides getting head machined
Can I just put head gasket on and should be OK or not?
In other words if I bolt this on with new head gasket is it going to cause problems?

That appears to have been caused by the fire ring on the head gasket.
Suggest you have the head resurfaced before you try installing it.
