Hey Eric!

Greetings from the Netherlands, even though I don’t have a car(yet) I love watching your video’s and learning all of these nifty tricks about diagnosis and repair of automobiles. I registered specifically to show you something I came across on Youtube.

I was watching a video on another channel, it’s mostly a channel about firearms but this time he took out some time to give his mechanic some love.
It’s kind of a long video, but I think it aligns nicely with what you discuss and talk about in your video’s, and he had a similar experience while working at a dealership where he was pressured to venture outside of his comfort zone to haul in the cash.

Thanks for sharing the video, yes it was long and I’ll admit that I skipped around a bit but I understand where he’s coming from, in fact it’s a very similar philosophy to the person in this video.

I love Wheeler Dealers it’s a great show and I like watching Ed work. You know that’s kind of what I’ve been doing with the Subaru series which is loosely based on that program but to be honest it also makes things easier for production for me to have my own vehicle to work on.

I need to get past the next couple of months and then I’ll start turning my sights on the ‘meet up’ at the end of the summer, I’ll defiantly let the ETCG following know when and if it’s going to happen.
