Before I begin, this vehicle is somewhat of a pain. For quite some time I have P0440 and P0442 stored in the computer. At times it will not trigger a check engine but when it does, I tighten the gas cap, clear the codes and it rear it’s ugly head. I know that it is not the correct way to fix the problem but I really don’t know where to start looking for a solution. That’s the least of my worries.

Today my mother has informed me that the check engine, trac off, vsc trac and the air bag lights are on while she was driving. And I asked her, is the engine still running fine and she says yes and she proceeds home. Without a doubt, the EVAP codes are bugging the usual three lights but the air bag is a new one. With the BlueDriver scanner, here are the codes I pulled up.

P0440 shows up three times as confirmed, pending and engine transmission codes. With P0442 as pending.

      Antilock Brake System:
      C1201

      Airbag Codes:
      B0102
      B0107
      B0132
      B0137

As stated before, the engine is functioning perfectly. I’m mainly concern for the airbag codes. I like to handle them as soon as possible. Plus I like an idea what the ABS code truly means. Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated.
