99 jeep grand cherokee

ASD relay clicking fuel pump wont come on, none of the cluster works but the lights will come on inside the vehicle but no start. How do you reset the ASD?

If the computer does not see the vehicle running the asd shuts down.

Thanks , talked to a Chrysler tech yesterday , pretty sure it’s got a fried computer . Won’t even recognize a scanner .. So he said it’s a possibility it’s fried . Thanks for the help
