      i have a 1999 Isuzu Hombre that sags on the driver side. the shocks are still good (it passed the bounce test) so i think the coil spring is worn (previous owner was overweight).
      advanced autozn oreillys nor napa have the springs listed for the Hombre. SO, i was wondering would springs for a Chevy S-10 or GMC Sonoma work? the Isuzu is made by GM

        go to your dealer, and have them look up the part numbers. if they are the same they will work, if not, theres probably something different about them. or go to a junk yard get yourself a set and just see. that way if they dont, you arent out much money.

            Yea have a parts person check the numbers as suggested, that would be the most accurate way.
