99 Ford Contour, front rotors warped (in 1 year?)

Hey guys,

it was about a year ago, probably sometime in April I did a brake job on my 99 Ford Contour (SVT if one is curious).
All was fine and good but I stopped driving the car for a while because I bought a Solstice (yay me)

I go to drive the Contour again for the winter months and I noticed the front of the front rotors are warped, theres a rather prudent line on the front side of the rotor that you can feel with your finger (the back side oddly enough is nice and flat)

Should I condemn the NAPA brake pads that I got? Did i goof up upon installation? Its happening on both the drivers side and passenger side.
