guys I need help very bad 🙁 … I know how to get to my manual window regulator on my 99 civic dx sedan … sooo today I got the door panel off and then took off my broken window regulator …. my problem lies in installing the new manual regulator .. I cant figure out which direction to put the window crank and cant figure out where the holes match up to take the 10mm bolts … If anyone could help me I’d love it .. my glass right now is being held up by 2 pieces of wood jammed into weather stripping.. I bought a “Dorman” replacement manual regulator for my 99 civic sedan.

      Please Help

Did you match the old part to the new part and make sure they are the same?

We are talking about the drivers front door?

Well first compare the old and the new cranks.

See if the tapped mounting holes have the same spacing.

If not, you will have to drill new holes in the door inner frame to match the new regulator.

Otherwise it should just fit and bolt right in.
