Tight valve lash can cause misfires. Might want to check valve lash. Another cause could be the engine is running way lean.
Clean the EGR ports and see if it comes back. Also make sure you’re running NGK or Nippon Denso plugs.
Thanks Eric, i didnt catch this video before i dove in and heres what went down!
1..i took the plastic covers off and the 4th cly was the only cly that didnt come up on my scanner…so i switched 4 and 5 then deleted the codes and whent for a drive
2.. i re scanned to see that the 5th cly was now the only one not misfireing3.. i ran the car and disconnected the 4th coil plug and nothing changed,,,
4 i then disconnected the 5 th coil and boom.. it ran rougher
5.. i replaced the 1 coil that didnt have any running effect with a new one
6.. erased the codes
7 re test drove and it runs perfect and no more codes 🙂
total time 1 hr and 70$ for the part
