Check your power steering fluid. Also, while it doesn’t sound like air in the system, Hondas have had issues with air getting into the system and requiring a new o-ring. Also I could not see, but there is a sensor on the PS pump that will send a signal to increase idle when turning at low/no speed. Possibly an issue with that signal getting through.
