Any engine codes stored? sounds like your ignition system has a
problem. If I understood correctly your rotor is burning?

Is a check engine light on?

Does the check engine light flash when you drive it?

OK… You need to get the codes pulled, that will clue us in more…. If you can’t move it to a store, you will need to get at least a code reader and pull the codes… Diagnosis without this code is not easy, and the vehicle is telling us something is wrong…

Also, GM oil pressure sending units of that era were known for going screwy with age… Oftentimes they are easily replaced with a new one and the gauge will start working properly…. But this is not 100% you still could have a pressure problem…

If the oil psi gauge is going crazy it could indicate a mechanical issue with the engine. I’d want to rule that out first. You might start by checking the oil pressure.

If you have fluctuating oil psi then you likely have a problem with the engine.

That can cause performance and drivability issues. If you find that then engine is bad, I’d recommend replacement over rebuilding.

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

                        OK… Cylinder 1 misfire…. No surprises there…. You have a few options to test….

Swap spark plug with other cylinder and see if the problem goes to another cylinder…also possibly the wire… (probably not likely anyway since they are new)…

Since this is a spider fuel injection system, you can’t swap fuel injectors, so sadly, that is out…

You will need to do a compression test and possibly a leak down test… You may have a mechanical issue on that cylinder…

Any major auto parts store… Usually you buy it, and when you return it you get a full refund…
