Just bought another car. A 98 Acura Integra LS Non-Vtec. I knew the car needed repair but Im down with that.
Right now im tackling on a small idle issue. I wasn’t present when I first got the car on cold or warm start. 2 days ago, After filling the tank up, I started the car and it was a bogging idle below 1,000 rpm. I gave it a good rev and it ran perfect there after. Still haven’t done it on cold start until earlier today. Went outside to warm up the car and it was bogging above 1,000 rpm. After 5 -10 secs it can perfectly at 2,000 back down to under 1,000 when warm.
My question is what should I look for a problem like this?

Since the trouble didn’t appear until after you gassed up, you may have gotten some bad gasoline.
You can add a container of gas-line antifreeze such as Heet .
These will make water contaminated gas combust more readily.When the service history of a vehicle is unknown or if it is overdue for service, it is best to perform the maintenance before trying to resolve any issues.
This includes a fresh air filter gas filter, pcv valve and spark plugs.
Ignition wires can and do go bad over time, with the symptoms usually showing up on humid days (spark travels to nearest ground, rather than the plugs) and/or when the engine is under a load (AC or defroster on, climbing a hill, heavy acceleration, etc.)If the problem persists after doing all these things, then have a look here:
