97 maxima suspension work

To make a long story short, my 97 maxima has been forced to be neglected for almost a year now. Now that I can afford to take care of her I got new tires. When I went to get the alignment I found out it was impossible for it to be aligned because my suspension is essentially shot. I need new cv axles on both sides, all four struts, and new bushings everywhere. As expensive as this is going to be the rest of the car is still in great coondition, So I am going to rebuild it. I am posting to ask if there is any advice that would be helpful. Any warnings or precautions I should take, special tools I might need, even some good brand names for replacement parts. Any information I could use here woud help and be much appreciated.
